Swim Party!

AHA! I've been invited to a party!

Well, this wouldn't be so much of a revelation, because I've been invited to 5 parties, 3 of which have been pool parties, but this will be only the second party I'll be attending.

I don't like going to parties where someone could drug my drink... That's not cool.

BUT I'm more excited because I'm going to be able to hang out with my friend Hannah (who I'm going to camp with in 6 days) and wax philosophical about hot guys, my inability to swim, and cute babies. Sheesh. I sound... not that cool.

Anyways, between making more yearbook templates, eating fuego Takis, and playing hopscotch I haven't been doing all that much. I think maybe sometime this week I'm going to go shopping at Old Navy for some shorts (don't judge.) and meet with Ashley and Bailey (an editor of UT Austin's yearbook!!) and probably play some more hopscotch.

I've been on the hunt for some decent summer-y dresses, but I haven't found any... Also, I forgot to mention, between doing a whole lot of things that aren't that important, I've been surfing YouTube.

Doctor Who will always have a special place in my heart. Adding Adam Savage from Mythbusters makes this video... Splendid.

  3. I really think I need to start watching Doctor Who even though a bajillion things have sort of been spoiled. I know this is going to sound insane, but I associate the show with my uncle's death and that kind of prevents me from enjoying it. (There's obviously more of a story there, I just don't feel comfortable talking about it on the Internet, let alone in person.)

    I love surfing YouTube.

    I hope you can find some decent summery dresses. I've been waiting to wear some of my cute skirts. Haha, like you care. ;)

    Oh, did you get my e-mail about mix tape?

  4. I don't know, I think I'll end up graduating high school without actually ever having attend a typical "high school" party filled with drunk people having sex in random bedrooms and all that jazz... that's fine with me, haha!

    Some day I'll watch Doctor Who.. some day...

  5. @Aria Hooray for my blog not glitching on you!

    @Ed Thanks.

    @Lizzie Doctor Who is great. Once you feel comfortable, you should watch a few episodes! They're great. And hooray for being able to wear skirts! I really need some. The two that I have are hideous, so I never wear them.

    @Natalie The parties are actually not that bad... as long as you go home early and bring your own bottle of water! Haha, but I guess the safest thing to do is just not go at all, especially if it's not your scene.
