Resolutions?

So, I'm kind of lame this year because I don't have any resolutions.
Sure, there is a long list of crap that I could probably toss together and try to commit to for the new year, but I'm tired and lazy -.-
If I had a resolution it would most likely fix the aforementioned, but hey, I don't!
On a different tangent, I was cleaning out my flash drive and found this weird video of me washing out my dirty mouth in Chemistry last year. Enjoy!

No Pickle

I'm not quite sure if I've talked about this yet, but as of about a month after we got Pickle the Poodle we had to get rid of him :/

There were a few incidents with my baby brother that were no bueno so my parents opted to give him back. Biting dogs are not a good fit for a family with 4 kids. Anyways, after yearning for another pet to fill the void of Pickle we finally got another puppy, Bear.

He's nothing fancy, but he's very cute and lovable! He's only about 9 weeks old, but my dad told me that he's going grow fast. He's also a good excuse for me to not attempt any of my physics homework. Ick.
The sound of my voice on audio annoys me, hence me not talking at all in this video.

Merry Christmas

First off, Happy Christmas! I hope everyone is having an excellent holiday so far, and if you're not, well things can only go up right?

Obviously since I'm posting I have my brand new computer! I'm mad crushing on Windows 7 right now. I can honestly say this is one of the best Christmases ever.

I got this awesome Bob Marley clock made from a vinyl record, a telescope, tons of Hello Kitty paraphernalia (including a new video camera), socks to last me a lifetime, moccasins!, a pillow pet, and a few gift cards.... but enough about presents.

I feel so ADD because there's so many different things I want to blog about, but I have no idea where to start. I missed blogging.

Anyways, hopefully I'll be able to resume posting semi annually from now on....

Behind on the times

(scheduled post)
So I've been behind on the times..... Apparently during my involuntary hiatus from the Internet I got an award... Thanks to Arianna who gave it to me, and the three people I'm going to pass it on to are Natalie, Lizzie, and Mix Tape.

Let's celebrate with a song from Cake's upcoming new album Showroom of Compassion

Sneeking this in

So I have to say, I am a jumble of all sorts of emotions.

My birthday is down the road, Christmas is around the corner, and Monday marks the last week of school until January!
Friday my teacher announced that we would only be reading to chapter 20 of Huckleberry Finn and I didn't know whether to be excited, or upset. I hate not finishing a book no matter how hard it may be to get through. I will say that Huckleberry Finn is a lot easier to read than the Scarlett Letter, but the character Jim's spoken parts in Huckleberry Finn are horribly difficult to decipher, making it sometimes unpleasant to read. That part aside, it's a decent book.

In yearbook we have deadlines out the wazoo. Luckily I managed make deadline this time around, but some of my friends didn't :/

Oh well.

The service club that I'm a part of had a garage sale this morning and I managed to scrounge up $75 worth of stuff to donate, most of which came from beanie babies that my friend Andria so kindly gave me. If I remember correctly, she gave me over 30 beanies in all....

Anyways, I had to lug them around all day and during my Acadec period I busted them out so that we could have break from studying the Great Depression.

This picture doesn't show all of them, but you get the idea. (BTW, I'm in the middle)

This is a picture of our Acadec family in beanie baby form. (I'm the raccoon on the far end!)

Anyways, since I don't get my computer until Christmas (as I mentioned previously), I'll blog some more when I can steal some time on the computer!

Happy Holidays!

In a week

Yes, I know I've been MIA, but hey, that's what happens when your computer dies on you.

Oh well, I'm getting a new on for Christmas. After that happens I will be able to blog to my heart's content.

I would go on during yearbook, but deadline day is approaching so I've been preoccupied doing actual work.

Anyways, in a week I'll be 17. I'm still debating on whether or not this is a good thing. It might be a good thing, or it might simply mean that I should finally get a job. Who knows.

It has the same name but it's not the same thing

Have you ever wondered how confusing the English language is to other people trying to learn it?
Anyways, that was just a random thought. :)
